We couldn't have done it without you!!! Size 4X-5X Medical Scrubs repurposed into little girls’ skirts… Cut the scrubs in half horizontally, then again vertically to make four little girl’s skirts. Sew up the sides, hem the waist & bottom (where needed), and add cording. Or For fuller skirts, take the entire top half of the scrub, trim & sew uneven center seams, hem the bottom, and shorten existing cording as needed for a gathered skirt. Or Take smaller scrubs and cut them in half horizontally, sew center seams for 2 gathered skirts. Jazz it up with contrast pockets, ruffles,
hearts & heavenly stars… Both on front & back. Over a dozen skirts donated to the Sewing Klatch... Jazz up your tees by adding a heart shape applique… We all have scraps of fabric or maybe an old plaid shirt. Don’t throw them away…repurpose them. Cut a plaid heart (any size), add some lace trim, and sew it anywhere on your shirt for a “Focal Point”. A dozen Heart Applique Tees made from donated materials for the Sewing Klatch…
